Crimson Vipers are the basic infantry of Cobra’s Crimson Strike force. The starting place of any new recruits looking to advance into the Crimson Guard. Crimson Vipers are taught to be brutal and ruthless, often given bonuses for such behavior on the battlefield. Even though they are considered the bottom of the chain of command, to succeed as a Crimson Viper assures an individual placement into Cobra’s Crimson Guard training program.
Crimson Vipers are grunts of The Crimson Guard but you’d never know it from their gear. The Crimson Viper is outfitted with composite body armor, an AK-47 assault rifle with light intensification night vision telescopic sight. The wraparound helmet covers their entire head and is made from an acrylic composite material, it includes a built in communicator as well visual and audio enhancers that give the wearer improved sight and hearing on the battlefield. Each Crimson Viper is cross trained to function as both assault Infantry as well as qualified to operate all vehicles in the Crimson Arsenal. They are described as an angry group mostly due to the constant belittling remarks from the rest of the Crimson Guard. Even though they are considered nothing but bullet stoppers by their peers, this crew is the backbone of Cobra's Crimson Legions. |
