Throughout history The Destro Clan was always known to train and maintain it’s own personal army, designed mainly, to safeguard the family business. For centuries these soldiers wore the traditional Scottish garb and spent the majority of their time guarding Castle Destro and the manufacturing plants of the M.A.R.S. Corporation. However, in today’s world, the business of illegal arms trade can be far more competitive than in the past, with most nations willing to sell their weapons to any country promising reform to their way of thinking, hence the creation of Destro’s Iron Grenadiers.

Hand picked from Destro’s personal army and placed into a rigorous training program. The Iron Grenadier emerges from their training as a seasoned commando with expertise in explosives, small arms and hand to hand combat. These are not mercenaries; these men come from villages and families that have worked side by side with the Destro Clan for over 400 years. They are well paid, take great pride in their work and will follow Destro to the end. Often used as body guards, but more comfortable in the field, working as agents of the M.A.R.S. Corporation, spearheading new territories, acting as provocateurs, saboteurs or outright terrorists. Often pitting nations against each other, or brother against brother to incite civil war, and then reap the benefits, while they sell arms to both sides. All in an attempt to create new markets, increase profits for Destro’s business, and in turn guarantee a lucrative future for themselves and their families.
