The Dock
One of the easiest sets built for Brothers Keeper, yet one of my favorites. I think its the catwalk scene between Aleph and Faces that did it for me. Firstly, if you have read Operation Rapier, then you may recognize many of these pieces. A lot of people ask what I do with the sets when I am done with them and it always seems to pain them when I explain that I recycle all of my materials. Well in this case the floors and walls are all floor and wall pieces from the Hangar set in Operation Rapier. Using the same wall segments and doorways created for that set. This set is a perfect example of recycling sets in more ways than one.

As just a short rundown, using 1x6ft pieces of pine painted with silver radiator paint to give them that steel reinforced concrete look. Then used a jigsaw to cut doorways into the wood. The walls and floors were attached by steel elbow brackets, which is basically a piece of metal folded into a 90 degree angle that has holes for screws on both sides. I use these a lot, very handy. For more details on this process, check out The Airfield, from the first Operation Creation.
The water was more wood painted a very dark blue, which happened to be the same wood used for the construction walls of the construction sight in chapter 4. I know painted wood might not sound to convincing for water but I was able to get away with it because the water is seldom seen and when it is tends to be out of focus.

The Water Moccasins are sitting on Pylons that I made from the scaffolding pieces (Made by Play Mobile) in Chapters 4 Construction sight. As well as the crane, which is hardly noticeable in this set, but is there, holding a Cobra sub suspended in air as if it has been lifted to be placed in the water.
Then there is the balcony or catwalk that I received a lot of praise on, it was very simple. Take a PTE (Power Team Elite) Command Post, remove the screws from the bottom, snap the support beams off and peel the front shingles from the roof. Turn that around and Walla! Just support the back with a book. (Or in my case more scaffolding from chapter 4) and you have got a walkway perfect for Dio-shots.
A great set made entirely through recycled materials.
