H.I.S.S. IIB

Cobra Logo

At the time that the HISS II was originally built, Cobra had discontinued their ties with the M.A.R.S. Corporation and decided to design and build the HISS II through private contractors outside of the Cobra Organization. After differences were resolved and M.A.R.S. returned as Cobra’s exclusive weapons provider the first order of business was the complete revamp of all weapons systems that were produced outside of their contract. With this the HISS IIB was created. Outside up upgrading the computer tracking systems, The HISS IIB was outfitted as a mobile command post. Multiple micro-cameras and digitally enhanced microphones were fitted between the sheets of sloped armor giving the command center operator the eyes and ears of today’s latest technology. Motion detectors, heat sensors, transmission jamming and total weapons control all accessible from the HISS IIB’s rear compartment.
