H.I.S.S. III

High Speed Sentry

Even to this day the original HISS tank remains capable of holding it’s own on the battlefield. The designers of the original HISS proposed a new HISS tank that would build on this tried and true workhorse, but without sacrificing it’s low cost and easy assembly. The HISS III kept the original shell and armament of it predecessor, but the internal workings received an entire overhaul. The HISS III is outfitted with an updated electronics package; computer regulated drive train, an acrylic blast proof canopy and improved torque and towing capacity, all for the same price as the original. Although specialized Drivers are selected to pilot most HISS tanks, the cockpit design is simple enough for almost any basic trooper to understand and operate.

Hiss Drivers

HISS Driver

The HISS III is nothing more than an original HISS tank with the guts of today’s best armor technology. As the drivers are nothing more than HISS drivers with a few years under their belts. Seeing a need to update the original HISS, Cobra choose only their best and brightest HISS Drivers to operate the HISS III.

Fred T. Booth III (Codename RIP IT) was selected to lead the charge as Cobra’s most highly decorated HISS driver to date. Though known to take the fight above and beyond his given orders, Rip It has yet to fail in any of his “unauthorized” exploits, making him a hero to most troops, and a nuisance to the Cobra Hierarchy.
