High Performance Stealth Fighter Jet

Originally a highly classified U.S. fighter jet with an experimental design that improved it's speed and manuverability, the Conquest was highly sought after by many nations of the world. Through providing relief and support to U.S. interests it wasn't long before the Conquest (X-30) could be found in the arsenals of friends of the U.S. Government. These nations of the word were not the only ones keeping their eyes out for the Conquest. After multiple engagments between Cobra Aircraft and the Conquest, Cobra's development team decided that the conquest was the perfect fighter for both it's design and abilities to compliment the new Python Patrol. It's not unlike the U.S. to drop their friends when the political tides turn and it wasn't hard for Cobra to convince some of those nations to sell them their Conquests, at wholesale, of course. Giving it an advanced ceramic composite insulation around the jet's engines and a coat of "Black Ball" added a stealth ability that keeps the Python Conquest invisible to radar (aircraft threat systems) and masks it's heat signature.

Armor and Ordinance

* Armament: 2x20mm Vulcan cannons with 750 rounds each. Four antitank cluster bombs, each with laser guidance systems.
* Ordnance: 7,000 pounds on 11 external hardpoints (variably configured loads possible for the roles of fighter attack bomber, or long range interceptor aircraft.
* Speed & Range: maximum 1,600 MPH (Mach 2.42). Attack combat radius of 1,200 miles with maximum load. Two underwing 300 gallon fuel tanks which increases the operational range by 40%.
* Weight: 24,000 lbs. gross, 31.000 lbs. fully loaded.
