Mamba Pilot:

The Cobra Mamba is known as one of the fastest most heavily armed flying weapons platforms ever seen on the battlefield. It takes a special kind of pilot to be able to successfully operate such a machine. Gyro-Vipers get their start flying Cobra Transport and Attack Helicopters and are only chosen for the Mamba program after demonstrating the ability to operate under extreme pressure. The training program is based around an entire reeducation on attack helicopters, from the benefits of a dual rotor design, to target acquisition by voice activation.

Flying a Mamba is very much an art form that few pilots are able to comprehend. A single pilot can fly and operate all weapons systems without any assistance from a co-pilot. Gyro-Vipers have earned the reputation of being completely fearless, maneuvering their Mambas through tight canyons at excessive speeds and flying group formations that are unheard of in the world of aviation.
