Tri-State Viper
Advanced Urban Infantry
Wars of the future will not be fought in the jungle
or the desert. The battlefield of tomorrow lies
in the city streets of downtown USA. It was
with this in mind that Cobra commissioned the
Tri-State Vipers. An elite unit of high tech
commandos culled from the ranks of Cobras
Viper Corps. Their mission: to destroy the
American infrastructure from within and await
the day that Cobra rules the streets.
Each Tri-State Viper is outfitted with composite
body armor. Their weapon of choice is a
combination assault rifle/grenade launcher
with a light intensification, night vision telescopic
sight and built-in range finder, allowing their
rifle to double as a close quarters assault weapon
or sniper rifle. The wraparound helmet covers
the entire head and is made from an acrylic
composite material. Each unit includes a built-in
communicator as well visual and audio
enhancers that give the wearer improved sight
and hearing in the urban battlefield.
